I was only there for about an hour this particular visit, but I remember breaking nearly every regulation, most noticeably the part the states "Any person visiting the Bund should conscientiously observe the law, maintain good manners follow social order and abide by moral standards. I did not see this sign until I left, otherwise I would have conducted myself in a more law abiding manner and inquired about getting a license to carry on social activities. At least the English was somewhat comprehensible.
